Where to Check for Missing EPR Information in Seller Center

1. Navigate to the Qualification Center

• While at the Qualification Center, select the Extended Producer Responsibility tab.
• Click on "Check Non-Compliant Products and Submit Now" to view and address any missing requirements.

2. Check the Product Compliance Page

• Click the ‘>’ icon under the EPR Supplementary Information section

3. View all listing details

• Click the small arrow next to the EPR category to expand and view all listing details under that category.

Where to Upload Your EPR Number to Seller Center

As a TikTok Shop Seller, it’s your responsibility to comply with EPR regulations. Failing to do so may result in product deactivation or TikTok Shop taking corrective actions on your behalf.
To avoid disruption, follow these steps:

1. Submit your EPR number

• After onboarding, visit the Qualification Center to submit your EPR number and prevent product suspension.
